2 Workers Falling Into Chocolate Tank At Mars Wrigley Factory
The call briefly prior to 02:00 PM informed the media outlet that no wounds were reported but the rescue team had to make a hole in the side of the chocolate tank in order to take it out from the tank. In order to save the lives of Mars Wrigley workers, EMS was also present at the incident scene as a precaution. In the report, it is mentioned that the chocolate which is inside the tank was warm. LCWC stated that “The workers were up to their waist in chocolate.” It is not clear how both fell into the chocolate tank. Though it is not known yet how they fell into the chocolate tank. Both the workers were shifted to the closeby hospital, one through helicopter and the one on the ground.

A representative for Mars Wrigley informs the media outlet that “We can assert both external contractors have been then elsewhere for further examination. We are highly grateful for the fast work of the 1st responders. On Thursday, 9th June 2022, around 02:00 PM, 1st responders were called to the Mars Wrigley Confectionery on 295 Brown Street which is in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. When the rescue team reached the incident spot, they discovered 2 workers who were trapped inside the tank which is full of chocolate. The employees were reduced and instantly admitted to the hospital. The police officials have not yet disclosed much information about their current conditions. Mars Wrigley produces many famous candies and chocolates, including Milky Way bars, M&Ms, Skittles, Twix, Mars bars, and Snickers. The name of the workers are not disclosed yet and neither their present health status is known.
