As per the reports, a video uploaded on Twitter minutes after 10:00 AM viewed a big plume of smoke coming from the dam which was created along the Colorado River which is situated on the border of Arizona and Nevada. Kristy Hairston, the visitor wrote the tweet which reads that “Touring the #hooverdam and suddenly heard a large explosion #fire.” As per the reports, at the time of the incident, an official who was giving a tour of the concrete structure informed tourists to get their cameras and cellphones to stay out to record the video of the explosion.
