What Happened To Trevor Reed?
The Unites state embassy posted on Twitter saying- that Trevor Reed, a former US marine, who was in a Russian jail for three years has been caught up with tuberculosis and was exposed to other tuberculosis patients in the same cell. He has been showing symptoms of tuberculosis since then and is coughing up blood and is getting weaker day by day. The embassy asked the Russian government to give Trevor a proper medic. The Russian government then decided to set him free and then released a note for the US government.

As soon as his parents found out about his health condition they revolted in front of the president’s house and Biden replied to them saying that their son will be released soon, he also showed condolences for their son’s health condition. His parents were happy to hear that finally, they will be able to see their child and meet him. And sooner Trevor was returned to the US and was given proper medical care.

News and media houses shared this story and cleared that this has nothing to do with the Ukraine and Russia war. Soon after the news was released People shared their views and also showed interest in it. His parents said that Trevor sounded very weak when he arrived and wasn’t even able to talk properly, but now after the proper medications are given to him, he is finally healthy. He said that he is sounding fine now. Trevor was a marine for the US and he went to Russia to meet his long-time girlfriend. He met her and partied wildly. As he was drunk he created a scenario and was arrested that night. He was in that jail for three years, and despite the continuous efforts from his parents he wasn’t released. After his encounter with tuberculosis, he was released. He said that he was kept with other prisoners who had tuberculosis and were exposed to it. Finally, he was back in his hometown to his parents after suffering for three long years.
